Sam is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and North Carolina native. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from Simmons University with a Master of Science in Nursing. He has over a decade of clinical experience across many different healthcare settings in many different nursing roles. He has a passion for giving back and serving the LGBTQ+ community and is a member of WPATH and the Charlotte Trans Health Organization. He is also well versed in the management of chronic conditions. Outside of the office, he likes to spend most of his time with his partner and with his dog engaging in outdoor activities.
