Amity Medical Group is committed to working hard to care for those in our community who face financial difficulties in obtaining appropriate medical care. We offer two programs that can help our patients who need assistance covering the cost of basic medical care. Sliding Fee Scale Discount (SFSD) Program
Sliding Fee Scale Discount (SFSD) Program aids patients in covering the cost of office visits, lab work and procedures completed in our office. Bridges to Access Medication Assistance Program
Bridges to Access Medication Assistance Program provides assistance to help cover the cost of unaffordable copays for medications for our insured patients.
